Step 1
Choose the right categories by completing the online nomination form and pay the nomination fee amounting to INR 12,000 + GST per category at https://fcic.industrylive.in/awards-nomination (This also includes 2 invitation passes to attend the awards ceremony and the networking cocktails & dinner)
Step 2
The questionnaire will be shared over an email once we receive the nomination form
Step 3
The questionnaire needs to be submitted along with the profile of the nominated company/individual based on the categories selected by the last date of submission
Step 4
The submitted documents will be scrutinized by the esteemed members of the jury
Step 5
The winners will be finalized and announced on the day of the event
